We specialize in the creation of CGI videos and VFX, seamlessly blending photorealistic 3D product animations with live-action film footage. This process is handled end-to-end by our experienced team, utilizing advanced 3D modeling tools and techniques.
Our innovative approach surpasses traditional filmmaking for advertisements and product presentations. We offer control and flexibility in designing every scene, fine-tuning elements like lighting, camera angles, and atmospheric conditions.
Creating our virtual characters begins with raw footage and a clean backdrop plate. Next, we move onto rigging, giving our characters the ability to move realistically. Then, we render, enhancing the characters with detailed textures and lighting effects. Finally, during the compositing phase, we seamlessly blend our virtual characters into the real footage. This detailed process results in a photorealistic blend of real and virtual elements, enabling limitless storytelling possibilities.
Collaboration Process
Step 1: Listen
Entropia Design was tasked with the end to end production of advertisement videos for Nextrend GmbH, a major German fixtures manufacturer. Understanding the needs and expectations was crucial. We listened, asked questions and came up with answers.
Step 2: Define
Several early versions have been made before we settled on the final concept. Combining real film footage with photorealistic CGI bathrooms enabled us to keep the timeline short and the budget low - without sacrificing creative freedom.
Step 3: Design
Creating an engaging story and unique aesthetic is our bread and butter. Our artist fired on all cylinders and every few days delivered a new work in progress video for the client.
Step 4: Produce
The ability to create the video entirely “in house”, allowed us to refine the edit and postprocessing just the way we wanted. No detail was left to chance.
